Kody turned his restaurant roots into a photography career that focuses on capturing the soul of the food & beverage industry. With an eye for lighting and detail, he brings dishes and drinks to life through the lens.
Outside of photography, Kody’s passion is speed—he races Harley-Davidson baggers in pro circuits like MotoAmerica and Bagger Racing League. He’s also a proud husband and dad to two boys. Whether it’s behind the camera or on the track, Kody lives life with purpose and creativity.
Victoria is a graduate of Northwest Vista College with a degree in Digital Media & Web Design. She joined the Embark team as an intern in 2019 before coming on full-time in March of 2020. Coming from a food & beverage background, she is well aware of the many facets of running a restaurant and the unique challenges restaurateurs face in a post-pandemic world. She has a passion for creating beautiful & user-friendly websites for Embark’s clients.
She enjoys spending the day with her husband, son, & dog when not at work. An avid gamer, you can most likely find her playing World of Warcraft or Sims on weekends.
Jeremiah is a U.S. Air Force veteran and seasoned developer with over 20 years of experience. He studied Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and developed web solutions—even while deployed overseas.
His work is guided by precision, clarity, and purpose, blending strong UX principles with modern design.
Jeremiah also holds a Master of Divinity and has studied international relations, reflecting a lifelong dedication to growth, service, and thoughtfulness. Whether coding a new site or leading a project, he brings calm, capable energy every time.
Melanie holds a degree in Mass Communications and PR from LSU and jumped into San Antonio’s marketing scene with a love for storytelling and design. With experience in the bar and food industry, she knows how to speak to hospitality audiences in a way that clicks.
Whether she’s developing content or strategizing campaigns, Melanie brings energy, insight, and creativity to every project. She’s also a sports fanatic, volleyball player, and dog mom to her pup, Willie.
Olivia graduated from UTSA with a degree in Marketing and grew up immersed in the restaurant world—her family has owned a Mexican restaurant in Corpus Christi for over 30 years. That legacy fuels her passion for food, people, and smart content strategies.
At Embark, she’s all about helping brands shine through creative storytelling and social media.
In her free time, Olivia’s hunting vintage treasures, trying new eats, and killing it at karaoke night.
Kamryn, a San Antonio native, graduated from UTSA with a degree in Communication and a minor in Japanese. She began as an intern at Embark in 2022 and officially joined the team in 2023.
With deep restaurant industry experience, she’s passionate about solving real-world challenges for small businesses. Kamryn loves creating engaging content that brings brands to life.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her at local shows, reading comics, gaming, or hanging with her two cats. Fun fact: she’s been acting professionally since she was 11!
Corey earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s from the University of the Incarnate Word. With a background in hospitality and athletic training, Corey brings leadership, strategy, and people skills to the table. He rejoined the world of restaurants when he joined Embark in 2023—and hasn’t looked back.
He’s a jiu jitsu enthusiast, family man, and a die-hard Manchester United fan. Whether he’s brainstorming client strategies or catching a match, Corey brings energy and focus to everything he does.
Daniella graduated from Texas A&M University-San Antonio with a degree in Communications and a passion for all things social media. She’s all about building smart digital campaigns that actually connect with people. From strategy to engagement trends, she’s got it covered.
Off the clock, she’s usually chilling with her pup Rusty or exploring new restaurants with family. Daniella’s always on-trend—her style is just as bold and creative as her marketing ideas.
Kim Beechner has taken her love for the food & beverage industry and turned it into a passionate business. Prior to opening her agency, she spent 8 years working in the service industry in every position imaginable. When she wasn’t working, she was traveling the world, absorbing cultures & cuisine from around the globe.
This experience combined with her educational background in International Business, Marketing & Communications from the University of Incarnate Word inspired the creative agency’s niche.
In her spare time, you’ll find Kim operating her second company Rent Giant Games with her husband Corey & their son Caz. If she’s not working, she’s volunteering, running, gardening, or traveling.
